Oh boy is that girl growing up!

She got a new camera for her birthday!




Kate turned 15! I can hardly believe it! This year for her birthday she had a party with her friends, they went on a photo scavenger hunt, jumped on the tramp, hung out in the backyard, made s'mores in our new fire pit, and had a great time!

And to top it all off...she got her learner's permit!

Just Dance!

So this past May, was the kids' annual dance festival at Overlake Elementary. I'm now down two kids at the Elementary, so this year the spotlight is on Dylan

and Jocelynn(with her friends Kennedy and Kaitlyn)

This year Jocelynn's dance was a Greek dance (wish I had video or music...but I don't) it was super cute, and Jocelynn did a great job!



And Dylan and his 5th grade classmates stole the show! Their dance was a mix of 80's songs, with Michael Jackson's "Thriller" with moon walking! Dylan practiced his moon walk for a couple of months, and got pretty good. He came up and danced in the "spotlight" with a couple of other kids. But, this silly mom didn't get a picture.


This is Jocelynn's 3rd grade teacher, Miss Winteron. Joce just loved her!
(The teacher's danced their own special dance, that's why she's dressed up!)

So cute! I just love this fun tradition at our school, not sure what I'll do when I have no one at the Elementary (just might have to sneak over there!)
